A very special women's pocket watch with a red enamel case featuring a depiction of a phoenix and chameleon, with a matching red enamel French lily brooch.
The watch is in used, yet good condition.
The dial has red Roman hour markings and gold embellishments. Still looks neat, without damage. The crystal has a number of scratches.
The pearl rim on the front is completely intact. The back is missing a number of pearls (see photos).
The red enamel depiction is very distinct. Very high quality and nicely visible.
Wonderful colours and a very dynamic image.
The movement runs well.

The pocket watch will be shipped very well-packaged, in a sturdy box.

I am sad to hear that you are unsatisfied with your purchase but happy to see that it is only the seconds hand that got loose during transportation. These watches of ± 120 years old often show small defect like these.
I am happy to send you a video to show you how to place it back since it is very very easy, or, ofcourse I would finance the transportation back to me so my watchmaker can do it for you so you do not have to worry about making a mistake.
