A rare and beautifully-made 8mm cine/movie camera. Marketed in France by Erscam from c1960. It was the first 8mm film camera with through-the lens, (TTL) metering and single-lens reflex viewing and focusing.
The one on offer comes in very good condition, with working clockwork motor, clear f1.4 Angenieux Zoom (Type K3) lens, lens-hood, screw-in filter-holder and a pistol-grip. Also included is the original instruction booklet and paperwork. The exposure meter has not been tested as it requires two PX625 batteries.
All the equipment is housed in an attractive and well-made carrying case, its interior finished in red velvet.
