Beautiful massive sport chronograph by Longines,
massive athletic diver casing 43 x 44.5 mm without crown with bolted base
This is the rare early edition with the elegant slender hands,
ref. 8224-3 from 05/1969.
(later editions had blunted baroque hands)
In exceptionally good condition, original dial with light patina, rotating inner ring, brown and rotating bezel with logo. Dial in black tropical browned patina with white subdials in Paul Newman style
only few signs of wear
Highly valuable hand-wound calibre Longines 330 on Valjoux 72 base, fully functional, signed with Longines
with matching brown leather strap of 24 cm length, only rarely worn
the photos are a significant part of the description. Defect claims based on flaws visible on the photos will not be entertained. The water resistance of antique watches cannot be guaranteed.

It gains more than 5 minutes /day. To much for this watch. But it is very easy to re-regulate the watch, which only takes 1 minute. You just have to adjust the regulation at the back of the balance by one millimeter plus direction. PleaSE LOOK ON THE LAST PHOTO IN cATAWIKI; DIRECTION "F" IS FASTER; DIRECTION "S" IS SLOWLIER

賣家回應I had received the timepieces on today 4-Jan, but there have a defective on that timepieces, I sent an message to the seller. But there no reply! This disappointed for me at the beginning of 2019.
