We take full responsibility for the mistake in letting the hole of the bag slip through our quality check and this is why we are very much willing to cover the shipment back to us and to issue you a full refund.
In full disclosure, an initial shipping label was actually processed, however, DHL reached back to us informing that they are not able to locate the address that you first provided us with that is why we now ask you to have this validated.
Please understand we are in partnership with other entities such as Catawiki and DHL and given that offices are not in operation during last week's holidays, delays occurred.
We have been consistent in communicating with you to resolve this and if you still wish to return the item, simply respond verifying your complete pickup address for your shipping label.
