I am in the US. That's the cost for 1st class international mail! I don't set the shipping costs. I pay what USPS charges to ship to your country. It's $13.50 for the shipping & the remainder is the charge for the insurance.
Not to mention you got a gorgeous Sterling Silver Brooch valued at $75 for $1! How are you unhappy?
I am asking you to please change your feedback to positive as your judging me on costs that I don't control.
Plus feedback is supposed to be about the item you purchased. It was packaged securely, wrapped nicely & was in excellent condition. Neutral feedback is not deserved. Thank you -

First Class Mail via USPS usually takes around 4 days. But no guarantee.
As you know shipping times are severely delayed during the holidays. USPS is scheduled to deliver 850 BILLION packages in 24 days. Asking for First Class delivery in 6 days is a lot right now. I don't control how long it takes.
I looked at the receipt & it says 'expected delivery December 12'. The tracking shows it didn't even leave the PO until the 9th. I put it into the bin after close on the 6th. So it should be any time now.
I am disappointed you gave me neutral feedback already. Especially without contacting me first to inquire. I have no control over USPS.
I would really appreciate changing your feedback to positive as I did my responsibility as a seller & delayed shipping time isn't my fault.
