A plaque.
This is in a baroque wooden frame that is covered with a gold varnish. It is made from biscuit porcelain in white and soft blue and has a high relief decoration.
This type was first applied at the British company Wedgewood.
It is unglazed hence the matt colour.
First half of the twentieth century, ca. 1900-1950
