An intriguing pattern can be seen with beautiful ornaments and four birds.
The Maroons of Suriname are descendants of Africans who have been forcibly sent to Suriname by slave dealers. Maroons are also called “Forest land Creoles”.
Second half of the 20th century - in good and undamaged condition
