A silver 'scent' box, decorated on all sides with hunting scenes and animals. The lid with the biblical image of the spies of Canaan.
Marked on the inside edge with the city mark of Schoonhoven, the master mark 'AK' of Adrianus Koppenol (who worked in Schoonhoven from 1783) and the year letter E from 1798.
The bottom is engraved with the initials JJK
Height 35 mm. Weight 15.5 grams. With gold-plated inside.
Condition: Excellent with signs of use. No damage or restorations.
