Very beautiful and original Peugeot 404 Convertible Injection from 1967. The Peugeot 404 Convertible was designed and built by "Pininfarina" in a small edition of only 10,389 units. The stylish design is a real four-seater. Year of construction 1967: transitional model with the round clocks, the beautiful first steering and fog lights in the grille. The car was originally delivered in Germany and features German vehicle papers. Including original instruction booklet. The Peugeot has been in storage for several years for personal reasons after the restoration. The car starts and runs, all instruments and lights work, it does need to be made roadworthy again, some work is needed to the engine, brakes and clutch. The Peugeot has a very nice and sleek body with beautiful paint in the original colour ‘Gris Claire Métallisé'. The bottom is solid and hard. All chrome in beautiful condition except for the bumpers where the chrome is coming loose from the stainless steel. The dashboard is neat and an original Blaupunkt radio from that period is fitted. The car has a nice cognac-coloured leather interior, new carpet, a blue tonneau cover and a navy blue linen soft top which is still as new.
