Beeld/encyclopedie Alkenreeks/De Alk Alkmaar In 1951, publishing company Arti (later called Alk BV) in Alkmaar started publishing the Beeld-Encyclopedie, and later on the Kleine Alkenreeks. In 1971, this series was continued as Grote Alk. Collection of 30 Kleine Alkenreeks hardcover booklets in good condition. The collection concerns the Kleine Alkenreeks from the period 1951 to 1971, 29 booklets are car related and 1 booklet is added which is related to kart racing. Two booklets, specifically no. 123 Alle Auto’s 2 and no. 190 Alle Auto’s 3 are included twice in this lot. Also the very first car booklet published by De Alk, Auto's Arti Beeldencyclopedie issue 1 4 is included in this lot, which is hard to find. A lot of information on cars which were available in the Netherlands at the time, with listing of price and importer. But also history, for example, of racing vehicles and trucks.
